Pricing:

Please note that the prices listed are for a single piece. Discount levels on most items begin with two pieces. For volume discounts, please inquire.

Set-up fees for artwork are $20 per graphic with customer supplied camera-ready art work or appropriate digital file (see below for digital file specifications).

Artwork:

Camera-ready artwork refers to high quality original printed images. Faxed images are not acceptable. Engraving is generally in black and white (not gray tones); therefore black and white images are best. Color images that need to be converted to black and white may incur additional artwork charges. For 4-color sublimation print process no color separations are required. For screen printing there will be an additional charge for color separations. PMS Color Matching System numbers are required to match specific colors. There is a $35.00 per color PMS matching charge.

Digital files are also acceptable. Preferred formats are Adobe Illustrator, ai or eps, and Corel Draw. All text should be converted to Outline in Adobe Illustrator or to Curves in Corel Draw. Due to the extremely large number of fonts available, we reserve the right to substitute similar fonts for all variable text. Artwork provided in any other file formats are subject to our approval on an individual file basis and may incur additional charges for cleanup and/or conversion. Web graphics are not acceptable.

Art charges for artwork that requires touch up will be billed at the rate of $60 per hour. Minimum art charge $30.

Ordering:

Orders can be placed via fax (210 822-9735), via e-mail (sales@accolades4u.com), via snail mail or in person in our showroom.

We will need to know the sku number and description of the item, the size, the quantity, and the personalization information. All we need is the general information and any graphics required and we will do the rest. Information may be faxed or e-mailed. If e-mailing, it is best to include text information in an attached Word, Corel Draw or Adobe Illustrator file. Do not try to format text in an e-mail document. Each order will be sent one faxed proof for approval. (For orders of multiple pieces of the same piece with only text changes, a single proof will be provided). Additional proofs will be provided at a cost of $5.00 per proof.

For clients without approved credit advance payment will be required.
